Q: What is the retainer.
A: It's the lump sum of money the client pays to the us for services in advance to cover the hourly rates and the expenses.

Q: How much is the average retainer fee?
A: This amount varies from case to case but $500.00 to $1000.00 ($Au) is a good place to start.

Q: What if my investigation ends up costing more than the initial retainer?
A:  It can be difficult  to predict how long it will take to obtain a satisfactory result on any case in advance. We will not                       exceed the amount of your retainer funds in the allocated account. This mean you will not receive an invoice for more than             your retainer. We will contact you  throughout any investigation to obtain on going instructions.

Q. What if i wish to continue past the initial retainer amount?
A. We ask that you deposit funds prior to commencement of ongoing work, normally we will know your requirements in                     advance through ongoing communication with you.

Q: What happens if there's money left over from the retainer?
A: Remaining funds will be refunded or maintained on your account for future cases if required. We normally only hold funds               for 4 weeks.

Q. Can you work to a budget?
A. Yes, however it must be understood that working to a budget does not always get the required result as some                              investigations do take time and resources. Our minimum requirement is 4 hours.

Q. Do you guarantee results?
A. No, however we do our utmost to obtain a result for you . No investigator can, or should guarantee a result.

Q. Do your fees have a gst
A. Yes, a 10% gst applies to our hourly rates which includes surveillance. The gst is added to the final total. You should                   apply this to our hourly rates. Unfortunately this is a government tax which cannot be bypassed.

Q. Do you have a minimum time allowance
A. Yes, a four (4) hour minimum applies to all surveillance work undertaken however, in the event of an ongoing investigation              we only apply the hourly rate. Eg: Say, Twenty hours over a seven (7) day period. 

Q. Do you have investigators worldwide
A. Yes, we have a panel of Investigators we can utilise Australia and Worldwide. We can save you the hassle of trying to find             a suitable company. Please note that a different rate can apply so we would advise you of fees first,  prior to approval and             commencement.
